Prepare one accurate source for the commercial details
A useful pricing reply helps someone decide whether to explore the offer. Before saving a template, gather the current price, included work, billing frequency and any material extra costs. Identify who can confirm exceptions or custom scope.
Keep the same information on the offer page and in your replies. If the price changes, update the places a prospect may encounter it. A clear answer makes a later conversation about fit easier because both sides are discussing the same offer.
Use the templates below as writing structures, not as invented offers. Replace every bracketed detail with verified information. If you do not yet know a detail, explain how you will confirm it rather than inserting an estimate that looks final.
Template 1: a fixed-price package
“The [package name] is [price] and includes [main deliverables]. We provide [delivery format or timing], and you supply [relevant input]. [Any material additional charge]. Would you like the outline of how the first step works?”
For a hypothetical planning service, the deliverables might be a topic plan and captions for a defined number of posts. The relevant responsibility could be the customer providing approved photos. Use the actual scope so the reader can compare the price with what they receive.
If the person asks a narrower question, answer that first. For example: “Yes, the quoted package includes [actual revision allowance].” A pricing reply can be short while still giving the information required for the decision.
Template 2: a custom quote
“We quote [service] based on [specific scope factors]. To prepare an accurate price, could you share [the minimum details needed]? I will use that to explain the scope, price and next step.”
Name the factors that genuinely affect the work, such as project size, location or the required deliverables. Ask one manageable set of questions. If you publish a starting price or range, provide it with the conditions that make it meaningful and distinguish it from the final quote.
After receiving the information, summarize your understanding before quoting. “You need [scope] in [area] around [timing].” This gives the person a chance to correct the inputs. Record the quote assumptions so a later scope change can be discussed clearly.
Template 3: a recurring service
“The [service] is [amount] per [billing period]. Each period includes [scope]. The arrangement [accurate renewal or term description], and [relevant cancellation or change process]. [Separate usage or other material costs]. Would you like the full service details?”
State the recurring nature affirmatively. If there is an initial fee, separate it from the ongoing amount. If optional tools or provider usage are billed separately, explain that at the point where the person is evaluating the total commitment.
Keep the message consistent with the actual checkout and agreement. A short DM can summarize the offer and link to complete terms, while still including the material details needed to understand the price.
Handle the next question with specific options
| Person asks | Useful response | Record |
|---|---|---|
| What is included? | Explain the relevant deliverables | Scope detail clarified |
| Can we change the scope? | Confirm what can be quoted separately | Requested change and quote owner |
| When can we start? | Check actual availability | Timing discussed |
| Can I review the details? | Share the current offer outline | Link sent and agreed next step |
If a smaller real package fits, explain its scope and price clearly. If you need to prepare a different quote, say what you will confirm and when. Keep the conversation centered on the person’s requirements and the work your business can deliver.
Save the stable explanation and review each use
GramFather’s Saved replies can hold the standard package explanation. Use a descriptive title and account scope, then inspect the Live preview. The saved reply walkthrough shows the actual setup controls.
Before sending, verify the price, link, timing and relevance to the conversation. Afterward, add a CRM note showing what offer was discussed and which question remains open. A task can remind you to provide a promised quote or scope clarification.
Review pricing templates whenever the offer changes. Start a free GramFather account without a credit card; email and U.S. mobile verification are required. The Instagram overlay uses the Chrome extension. AI assistance uses a separate provider account with its own charges.
