Use the weekly scorecard and six-enquiry example. Every sample value is invented for teaching. The period is October 19–25, 2026; the example enquiry outcomes are observed through November 1 so the cohort has a stated follow-up window.
The files contain aggregate counts and anonymous fictional enquiry IDs. Keep real customer identity and conversation details in your approved CRM rather than a public report. A worksheet is a review aid; use the product’s documented import format when importing contacts.
Calculate audience growth with a fixed denominator
| Measure | Calculation | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Starting followers | Recorded at the beginning of the period | 1,000 |
| Ending followers | Recorded at the end of the period | 1,040 |
| Net growth | 1,040 − 1,000 | 40 followers |
| Growth rate | 40 ÷ 1,000 × 100 | 4% |
These two totals establish net change, not the separate number of people who followed and unfollowed. Those named changes require their own scan evidence. A starting count of zero makes percentage growth undefined. A missing reading stays unknown. Reproduce the arithmetic in the follower growth calculator.
Follow the enquiry cohort to its recorded outcome
The six fictional enquiries include four qualified opportunities, three offers and two wins by November 1. Among the six enquiries, qualification is 4 ÷ 6 × 100 = 66.67%. Among the four qualified opportunities, the win rate is 2 ÷ 4 × 100 = 50%. Among all six enquiries, it is 2 ÷ 6 × 100 = 33.33%. Each rate answers a different question.
The two wins have fictional recorded values of $200 and $300, totaling $500. This is the example’s recorded value, not a claim about GramFather revenue performance. For real accounts, use confirmed billing records for revenue and distinguish those from opportunity values.
Map the review to the product
- Open Insights → Followers for the intended account and select the matching date range. Read the scan status before interpreting named changes.
- Use Leads → Pipeline and Contacts to review the enquiry records and the evidence behind their stage.
- Review the agreed next actions and due dates in Next moves.
- Open Analytics for the same account and period, keeping each metric’s definition with the report.
- Record one content or relationship experiment for the next period, plus the observation window you will use.
Read Followers help, Pipeline help and Analytics help for exact controls. Starter includes the core tracking and CRM tools; select Growth or Pro when your experiment uses their campaign, reply or research features.
Make one decision the evidence supports
In this example, one qualified enquiry still has an offer pending and one awaits an offer. The practical decision is to check the promised next steps for those records. The numbers alone do not establish which post caused the enquiries or why a person bought.
A content experiment could compare two clear explanations of the same offer while recording publication dates, format, reach, relevant enquiries and other activity. Preserve the original records. Describe the outcome as an observation until the design and evidence support a stronger causal claim.
Use the same review next week
Copy the blank worksheet row, enter a new reporting period and name the source of each count. Keep the same definitions. Compare completed periods, label any changes to the workflow and give enquiry cohorts comparable time to mature. A repeated method makes the next decision clearer even when the counts are small.
Read the metrics guide for reporting definitions and our editorial method for the distinction between examples, demonstrations and customer evidence.
Your questions, answered
Are these real customer results?
No. The records are explicitly fictional teaching data used to demonstrate calculations and a repeatable review. Use your own verified records to evaluate outcomes.
Can I attribute every enquiry to follower growth?
The counts alone do not establish that relationship. Record the source and supporting evidence for each enquiry and keep attribution limits visible.
Can I use the worksheets for free?
Yes. Download the CSV worksheets without an account. GramFather’s software subscription and trial are separate.
