Our editorial method

Product information you can verify

Vaughn Labs publishes GramFather’s guides and comparisons. We verify product instructions against current help and plan definitions, cite official sources for other vendors, and label examples and demonstration data. Each page shows its latest substantive update date so you can judge the information in context.

Start with the source of the claim

For a GramFather feature, the source is the current product interface, help article and plan scope. For another vendor’s feature or price, the source is that vendor’s current documentation or offer. Comparisons link to those sources and show the review date. A documented capability and a tested result are recorded as different kinds of evidence.

Make procedures repeatable

A useful procedure names the starting account, page, controls, relevant defaults and expected confirmation. It explains how to check the result and where to find the full settings guide. A screenshot shows the interface at a point in time; the linked help remains the reference for current controls.

Our follower tracking tutorial and scheduling tutorial combine written steps with video chapters and transcripts.

Label demonstrations and numerical examples

Product demonstrations use clearly identified teaching data. Worked calculations identify their input rows, denominator and time window. The growth review example provides a downloadable dataset so you can reproduce its arithmetic. Its numbers illustrate a method; they are not measured customer performance or expected results.

A future customer case study requires permission, an observation period, baseline data, the actual workflow, other relevant activity and the limitations of attribution. Outcomes are published only when that evidence exists.

Keep comparisons useful

Vaughn Labs is the maker of GramFather, and that relationship is disclosed on comparison pages. The comparison explains who each documented workflow can serve. Prices identify the billing unit and term. Product ratings, customer counts and benchmark claims require their own supporting evidence; they are not inferred from a feature list.

Use the comparison worksheet to record your own trial. Essential requirements take priority over a total score.

Review and correct published information

Before release, changed copy receives factual and visual review, links and structured data are checked, and the saved desktop and phone layouts are inspected. Material changes receive a new update date. Historical publication dates remain intact.

If a control, source or offer differs from the page, contact support with the page URL, the relevant sentence and the current evidence. Keep private customer conversations out of a public correction request. We can then check the discrepancy against the product and update the affected instructions.

Your questions, answered

Who writes GramFather’s guides?

Vaughn Labs, the maker of GramFather, publishes and maintains the guides. Product pages link to current help; comparisons disclose the publisher’s relationship to GramFather.

Are worked examples customer case studies?

Worked examples are labeled teaching data and show their calculation method. A customer case study requires permission and verified source records and is labeled separately.
